Supporting Children in a Tech-Saturated World — From Awareness to Action

Children’s nervous systems are under increasing strain—often showing up as sleep issues, difficulty focusing, or emotional overwhelm. Increased screen time, blue light exposure, and constant stimulation all play a role.

Small, consistent changes can make a real difference—but consistency is often the hardest part.

That’s why we use our PRACTICE Process, a simple 8-step method that helps you choose one action and actually follow through in daily life.

Join our 30-Day Living Lab (April 1–30).
Choose one action, apply it consistently, and receive support along the way.

We’ll gather on May 12 to share results, challenges, and what we’ve learned.

Let’s be our best, do our best—for the children.
